GREASOLUX - a product for solving fat problems in wastewater networks and treatment plants

GREASOLUX - a product for solving fat problems in wastewater networks and treatment plants. Fat-contaminated industrial and municipal wastewater is a common problem for companies maintaining wastewater network infrastructure and municipal wastewater treatment facilities. To avoid such problems as pipe blockages, equipment failure, unpleasant odors, filamentous bacteria formation, deteriorated wastewater treatment results, and impaired activated sludge sedimentation properties, it is recommended to use GREASOLUX fat-degrading cassettes.

GREASOLUX is a slow-dissolving cassette filled with special fat-degrading microorganisms and enzymes.

GREASOLUX is a highly effective solution that allows for cost-effective resolution of fat problems: just a few cassettes placed in the right locations can eliminate or significantly reduce fat-related issues. GREASOLUX's effectiveness lies in its special matrix containing highly efficient fat-degrading microorganisms and enzymes. As the matrix slowly dissolves in water, the microorganisms spread throughout the wastewater system (pipes, tanks, etc.) and attach to various surfaces. This creates large colonies of microorganisms from a relatively small amount, capable of effectively degrading large quantities of fats. Using GREASOLUX is very simple: just immerse the cassettes in the required locations and then replace them regularly once every one to two months. GREASOLUX cassette sizes GREASOLUX-S cassettes are truncated pyramid-shaped and placed in a plastic mesh for convenient hanging in tanks. Water can easily flow through the mesh openings, gradually dissolving the cassette. The cassettes can be packaged in vacuum packaging to protect them from drying out and reduced solubility. GREASOLUX-S cassettes are one standard size.
